Impact & Skills

01

Accelerated Transaction Execution

The challenge
Commercial closings depend on many parties working on separate timelines. A standard closing often takes around 30 days, and time-sensitive deals need far less.
My approach
I coordinate the legal, title, appraisal, credit, documentation, and funding workstreams in parallel, set clear expectations early, and follow up before small delays can stack up.
The impact
Standard 30-day closing timelines routinely compressed to approximately two weeks, and occasionally one week for time-sensitive transactions.

02

Vendor Cost and Performance Management

The challenge
Appraisal, title, and legal vendors vary in pricing, turnaround, and quality, and each one affects the cost and reliability of a transaction.
My approach
I compare proposals, negotiate fees and turnaround times, evaluate the quality of deliverables, follow up on performance concerns, and escalate compliance or execution problems when necessary.
The impact
Vendor engagements that are better priced, more predictable, and held to a consistent standard of quality and accountability.

03

Building Repeatable Systems

The challenge
Recurring transaction work was slowed by manual steps, inconsistent documentation, and limited visibility into where each file stood.
My approach
I created checklists, email templates, documentation standards, and transaction trackers that turn recurring work into a clear, shared process.
The impact
Fewer manual bottlenecks, better visibility across the team, and recurring work that is more accurate and consistent.

How I Work

Six principles I bring to every file

  1. 1

    Build the structure early

  2. 2

    Keep every stakeholder informed

  3. 3

Identify problems before they become emergencies

  4. 4

Treat documentation as part of the client experience

  5. 5

Hold internal and external partners accountable

  6. 6

Improve the process instead of repeatedly working around it

I am highly organized and proactive by nature, and I like having a plan before the first email goes out. I also know commercial transactions can change quickly, so I hold the plan loosely enough to adjust when terms, timelines, or people shift.
